Fees & Uniform Guidelines
Everything Parents Need to Know
Fee Payment Policy
School fees include tuition, library fees, science fees, computer fees, etc.
- •Fees must be deposited bimonthly, in advance — by the 20th of the first bimonthly month — to avoid late fee fines. Example: Fees for May/June should be deposited by the 20th of May.
- •Part payment of fees will not be accepted.
- •Late Fee Fine: If fees are deposited after the 25th of the first bimonthly month, Rs. 50/- is charged as a late fee fine. If fees for both bimonthly months are paid after the 26th of the second month, Rs. 100/- (@ Rs. 50/- per month) is charged. These rules are strictly enforced; requests to condone late fees for any reason will not be entertained.
- •Fees once paid will not be refunded.
- •If a student discontinues without clearing dues, and the parent has another child studying at the school, the arrears will remain a financial liability of the parents. Dues must be cleared within a week of a demand notice; failing this, the other child(ren) may be disallowed from attending school until dues are cleared.
The management reserves the right to revise school/tuition fees during the course year in the event of a government pay hike or an extraordinary rise in the price index.

Fees on Withdrawal
- •One clear calendar month's notice (or a month's fee in lieu) required before withdrawal
- •Students leaving in May must still pay June's fees
- •Transfer Certificates withheld until all dues are cleared

Important Note on Uniform
Proper school uniform — including correct haircut, tie, shoes, and trousers with two pleats — must be worn on all school days as well as during Parent-Teacher Meetings and school functions. Compliance with uniform guidelines is one of the school's core disciplinary expectations.
